Date required: Standard delivery is around 3 weeks for embroidered badges. Please contact us first if delivery is required quicker. Any deadline dates must be clearly stated as orders are produced in strict date order.
Overlocked: This is the stitched binding all around the edge of the badge.

Laser cut: The badge is cut and sealed around the edge and is ideally used for non standard shapes.

Fully Embroidered: The whole design will be produced with stitching covering the backing twill.

Neon/Day-glo: These are reflective flourescent colours.

Metallic: These are metallic reflective threads used mainly for silver and gold.

Standard backing: No additional backing applied.

Plastic backed: A plastic backing is applied to increase stiffness.

Self-adhesive: These have a sticky adhesive after peeling off a paper layer.

Velcro backing: Velcro male (hook) backing is used which allows for easy attachment and removal. The female side can be supplied if requested for attachment to the clothing.

Heatseal: This is a permanent backing applied with a hot iron.
