ORDER FORMS
Upon confirmation of an order, our
Artwork Department will be pleased to provide finished artwork for your
approval, prior to full production. This service is included within our
prices, and we do not make any additional charges for artwork or
origination. If you have already received a quotation for your badge or
patch design, you may download an order form and send it with your
design. We will accept artwork in the following formats Adobe
illustrator, CorelDraw, EPS and PDF.
To see and complete the order forms correctly
you will require the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
9.

When the installation has completed, please click on the order form
required.
Once the file has opened, fill in the relevant details in the shaded
boxes on screen.
When completed press the submit button or save the form to your computer
and attach it to an email at a time to suit you.
Or if you wish print out the form and fill in by hand and post it to us.
