Design-a-badge

We first need to see your design. This can be a computer-generated image, a rough sketch, a logo, or just a design brief.

On approval of our quotation and confirmation of your order, our in-house design team will work with you to produce finished, computer-generated artwork for you to approve.

No badge goes into production until artwork has been approved by the customer.  Once your design has been finalised and approved, we then format the artwork for our state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery machines, or our electronic jacquard looms.

For new customers, or those without agreed credit facilities, we request full payment before despatch of goods (usually 50% deposit with order, and settlement on completion, or you may prefer to pay in full when ordering).

Invoices can be raised in advance to ensure that there is no delay in despatching goods.  For customers with a credit account, our terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

Please speak with our sales team, when ordering, to confirm your payment terms.  We accept most major credit and debit cards by telephone, or you may pay by cheque, BACs or electronic transfer.
