School Badges

About Tolley Badges Bespoke

School badges are a simple way to add a professional, recognisable finish to school uniforms, while also providing an affordable alternative to having logos embroidered directly onto garments.

At Tolley Badges, we produce high-quality, durable badges designed to withstand regular use. If you’re looking for school uniform badges, event badges or something more specialised, we can help you explore the options available.

School Logo Badges For Uniforms

Having your school logo applied to a badge rather than embroidered directly onto the uniform can be a practical alternative for schools looking to manage uniform costs.

A school logo badge can be produced to reflect your existing branding, giving pupils a consistent appearance while allowing the badge to be applied to suitable garments. This can be particularly useful where uniforms need to be replaced or updated.

Our badges are designed to be durable and hard-wearing, making them suitable for school uniforms that are worn regularly throughout the year.

Heat Seal School Badges

How a badge is attached to a uniform is an important consideration, particularly when you’re ordering for a large number of pupils.

Heat-seal backing provides a convenient option for parents and pupils. Rather than requiring every badge to be sewn on individually, a heat-seal option can provide a straightforward alternative where the garment and badge are suitable for heat application.

If your uniforms aren’t suitable for heat-seal badges, our team can talk you through the other options available.

Prefect And School Role Badges

School badges don’t have to be limited to uniform logos. A badge can also be used to identify pupils who have been given particular responsibilities within the school, such as prefect, head boy, head girl or sports captain.

Metal enamel badges can provide a smart and distinctive way to identify different responsibilities. They can also be designed around the wording, colours or style that suits your school.

Commemorative School Badges

A school badge can also be a great way to mark a special occasion.

Perhaps your pupils are taking part in a school sports day, going on a trip or attending a special event. A commemorative badge can provide a small memento that pupils can keep after the occasion has finished.

A bespoke badge can include the name of the event, date, school logo or other imagery that reflects the occasion.

Designing Your School Badges

If you’re considering ordering bespoke school badges, you don’t necessarily need to have professionally prepared artwork ready.

You can start by sending us your school logo, an existing design or a description of what you’d like the finished badge to look like. If you have a particular shape, size, colour or wording in mind, include these details with your enquiry.

Our team can then discuss the available production options and help you work towards a suitable design.

Choosing The Right School Badge

For school uniform logos, a durable fabric badge with suitable backing can provide a practical solution. For pupil responsibilities, a metal enamel pin badge may provide a more formal appearance. For trips, sports days and other special occasions, a custom commemorative badge can create something pupils will remember.

If you’re unsure which option would work best, you don’t have to make the decision alone. Our team can discuss your requirements and explain the different production possibilities.

Get A Price For Your School Badges

Once you know what you’re looking for, getting started is straightforward. Send us a description of your requirements, along with any artwork, school logo or initial design ideas you have. We’ll review your requirements and can provide prices within the next working day.

We’re also happy to discuss production options with you, whether you’re ordering school logo badges for uniforms, metal badges for school roles or commemorative badges for an upcoming event. Providing details such as the quantity required, approximate size, intended use and preferred design will help us understand what you need and provide appropriate options.

I have used Tolley badges for my badge requirements for several years now I have always found them very efficient, polite and they seem to know just what I’m after.
Special thanks to Carole who has helped me so often, knowing that I’m not very good with a computer and makes it very easy for me by doing things the old fashioned way by telephone

Excellent service and good quality badges. Hannah was really helpful with the design work and although I thought I had left it too late to get the badges in time for our camp on the 2.2.24, the art work was approved on the 11/1 and I received the order on the 27/1. Tolleys are easy to reach by phone and prompt to answer emails. Well done. I would definitely use them again.

Andy Daddy

Very professional and friendly service, I had some bespoke badges made for a cub pack to match an original badge, the result was great and can’t tell the difference. The delivery was quick even though I was told the their machinery was going through a maintenance shut down.I would and have recommended Tolley Badges

Lesley Galloway

Because of the change of logo for the Scout Association, our stock running out and our decision do stop using the name tabs we decided to change our village badge to incorporate our group name and the new logo. Tolley Badges were very good in changing the original badge without any hassle, keeping the same colours and size. The badges have now arrived and have got the approval of our Group. Tolley are also doing a reprint of our County/District badges which I know will be a actor what we want.

Waddecar Scout Activity Centre

Wow! Despite being a continent away, the team at Tolley Badges made my personal project a snap. I learned of them through a Scouting friend, and did not send for competing quotes as I had complete confidence in reputation on all levels. My custom commissioned art work was rendered into a badge that I will give to my tall ship mates as a memento of our time aboard ship.
