Placing an Order

Upon confirmation of an order, our Artwork Department will be pleased to provide finished artwork for your approval, prior to full production (bespoke/custom orders only). This service is included within our prices, and we do not make any additional charges for artwork or origination.

If you have already received a quotation for your badge or patch design, you may complete an order form and send it with your design. We accept artwork in the following formats:

Adobe illustrator (AI), CorelDraw (CDR), EPS and PDF.

Please supply the original file if possible not artwork saved within/as a different file type e.g. jpg saved as an AI file.

*If no delivery date is specified then our current approx. date will be followed for production
If you need specific colours, please use PANTONE references or supply samples. You can supply artwork in all formats, but our preferred file types are editable files in the original formats of CorelDraw, Illustrator, PDF, and EPS for PC. MAC files must be converted for PC first. Colours will be matched as closely as manufacturing processes allow, but please note that slight differences may occur. If colours are critical, please ask for physical samples to be produced. This will add a further 2 weeks for final delivery but will allow for colour adjustments (no design changes) to be made.
Accepted file types: eps, pdf, cdr, ai, jpg, Max. file size: 512MB.
