Ambulance Delivery Information
Turnaround times
Bespoke, Design-a-Badges - Turnaround time is dependent on how busy our machines are. We will quote you a rough idea of turnaround time on your full quotation. We do advise that if you have a required by date, that you note this to us as soon as possible.
Adapt-a-Badges - These will take approx. 14 working days to complete your order from the date of receipt of order and payment. Again if there is a required by date please let us know as soon as possible.
Select-a-Badges - These will be sent out the same working day your order is place once payment has been received. Orders and payment have to be received before 2pm for same day dispatch.
Delivery Method
We can offer you a wide range of dispatch options depending on your required delivery date.
Bespoke, Design-a-Badges are sent either by Yodel next working day delivery or DPD next working day delivery. The dispatch method is primarily based on the parcel's weight. Larger orders will automatically be sent via DPD. Please let us know if you wish to discuss delivery methods with us and we shall be happy to help.
Adapt-a-badges are sent Yodel economy service, Yodel next working day or DPD next working day. You can upgrade the delivery but it will be at a extra charge. Please contact us to discuss.
Select-a-Badges delivery is based on size and weight of the order. Smaller orders are sent 2nd class Royal Mail. Heavier orders are either sent Yodel economy or DPD next working day or Yodel next working day service.
