Sometimes an existing badge simply won’t do. If your Guide unit has a particular idea for an event, activity or achievement, a bespoke badge gives you the freedom to create something that’s unique to you.

Whether you’ve already created the artwork, one of your Guides has drawn a design, or you just have an idea that you’d like to discuss, we can help. Send us your artwork or outline your requirements and our team can take it from there. We can help develop your idea into professional badge artwork, taking relevant logo and branding requirements into account where needed.

Once you’ve confirmed your order, our in-house design team will prepare artwork for you to check. Production won’t begin until you’ve approved the design, so you can be confident that the finished badges reflect what you wanted.

Adapt-A-Badge gives you another route. You can choose from existing semi-bespoke templates and customise the design to suit your requirements.

This option can work particularly well when you need badges for a particular event or activity but want to keep the design process and cost manageable. Instead of developing it from scratch, you can take an established design and make it your own.

It’s an easy way to get a badge that feels personal to your Guide group without going through the full bespoke design process.

Choose A Ready-Made Design With Select-A-Badge

Not every badge needs to be personalised. If you need a straightforward option for an activity or occasion, you can choose from our collection of ready-made stock designs.

Select-A-Badge means you can browse existing designs and choose one that fits your requirements. It’s a useful choice when you want to keep things simple and don’t need a one-off design.

Ready-made stock badges can also be worth considering when you’re working with a short lead time. Certain stock items may be available for same-day dispatch when ordered before the applicable cut-off, subject to availability.

Have An Idea For Your Badge?

You don’t need to have everything worked out before contacting us. One of the easiest ways to begin a bespoke badge project is simply to explain what you’re hoping to create. Tell us what the badge is for, what you’d like it to include and how many you’re likely to need.
